Big Game Match-Up Drawing 1. Eligibility: You must be 18 years of age or older to enter and a legal U.S. resident. 2. No purchase or effort necessary. No purchase of any JPM RPS or Plan products or completion of JPM RPS or Plan questionnaires or surveys are necessary to participate in the promotion, nor will such purchase or completion improve a participant’s chances of winning. 3. Method of Entry: You may enter by (a) completing our online Big Game Match-Up game and submitting your name, address and phone number, or (b) submitting your name, address and phone number information on the Web site. Entries must be received by January 31, 2007 to be eligible. Only one entry per participant is permitted. All late, lost, illegible, or incomplete entries are not considered valid entries. JPM RPS, the Plan and their affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees shall not be responsible for lost connections, miscommunications, failed computer or telephone transmissions, or other technical difficulties or failures. All completed entries become the property of JPM RPS and the Plan will not be returned. 4. Prize: There will be 10 winners. A stadium blanket and a thermos will be awarded to each winner. Prizes are not transferable and may not be substituted for cash or any other consideration. JPM RPS and the Plan reserve the right to substitute the stated prize with one of equal value at any time. 5. Winning: On or about February 1, 2007, a random drawing will be conducted and 10 winners will be selected from among all qualified entries. The drawing will be conducted by personnel of JPM RPS, whose decision is final. Entrants need not be present to win. The odds of winning depend upon the number of total eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by telephone. The entrant’s entry into this promotion constitutes the entrant’s consent to allow JPM RPS to contact the entrant by telephone. 6. Claiming Prizes: The winning entrant or entrants will be required to provide personal identification to claim prizes. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decision of the personnel of JPM RPS and the Plan, which will be final and binding in all respects. 7. Taxes: Taxes, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. 8. Sponsor ineligibility: Employees, officers and directors of JPM RPS, affiliates, agents, representatives, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members are not eligible. 9. Liability: JPM RPS and the Plan, their affiliates, officers, managers, members, agents and employees will have no liability for any claim arising in connection with participation in this drawing or with the use or misuse of any prizes awarded. By participating in the drawing, each participant agrees to release and hold JPM RPS and the Plan, their employees, officers, managers, members, agents, representatives, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the drawing or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prizes, including without limitation, personal injury, death, property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. 10. Governing Laws: This drawing is governed by the laws of the state of Missouri, and all U.S. federal, state and local laws and regulations which may apply. Void where prohibited by applicable law. 11. Inquiries: All inquiries concerning the drawing or the list of winners may be directed to: JPM RPS at 800-345-2345. Inquires must be received by May 1, 2007. 12.
