Header Nav Overview
The top header nav is the main tabs area. These tabs are global throughout the user experience, and are almost always the same across plans, with the exception of tailored sites
Rules:
Any page that falls within a tab needs to have the specified code to highlight the appropriate tab. Only in rare circumstances (such as a page being a top header menu) would a main tab not be highlighted.
