Page Tools Overview
Page tools are a variety of global tools, such as the printer friendly icon, the add to favorites icon, and pagination.
Rules:
Pagination should be placed on both the top and bottom of the page.
The printer friendly icon, favorite icon, and recommend icon may be displayed as needed.
Do not specify font size, it is controlled via the CSS.
For transactional flows, only the printer friendly icon should be used.
The email to a friend button should only be used for educational content that is accessable outside of authentication and is not plan specific.
