Things to know Overview
Througout the transactional pages we use an area known as Things to Know to allow the sponsors to place important plan information. The Dynamic Content system allows for clients to specify additional bullet points of information, link to important related documents, or disclose some sort of legalese on the page.
Rules:
Do not specify font size, it is controlled via the CSS.Limit your bullets to no more than four, otherwise engage a copywriter to re-word.
There are two areas for things to know content. It will live in the body section of a two column page or in the right sidebar on those pages where space allows for the use of a right sidebar.
Bullet points should be as short and to the point as possible. There is no need to say things such as "Fill out the form and click Continue below" because that should be self-explanatory. These types of extra content will just add up and cloud the page, detracting from the value of the page and distracting from the more important points to be made by this section.
