Take the following steps as appropriate for your browser to enable SSL3:
 

Enabling SSL v3 on Microsoft® Internet Explorer 5.0 and 6.0
  1. Click Tools, and select Internet Options on the Internet Explorer menu bar.
  2. Click the Advanced tab.
  3. Scroll down to the Security section.
  4. Click to check mark the box for SSL 3.0.
  5. Click OK.

Enabling SSL v3 on Mozilla® 1.4
  1. Click Edit, and select Preferences on the Mozilla menu bar.
  2. On the Preferences window, expand options within the Privacy & Security category.
  3. Within the Privacy & Security category, highlight the SSL option.
  4. On the top of the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) window, click to check mark the Enable SSL version 3 option.
  5. Click OK.

Enabling SSL v3 on Netscape® 6.0
  1. Click Edit, and select Preferences on the Netscape menu bar.
  2. Double click on Privacy & Security.
  3. Click SSL.
  4. Click to check mark the box for Enable SSL version 3.
  5. Click OK.
